Yes. Choose a plan at /gift/, add who it's for and a message, and pay in full or in monthly payments. No build needed: they get a gift code and build it whenever they're ready. Gifts aren't refundable and never expire.

Then you simply don't approve it. Building is free: our guided setup walks you through making it yours (or you start from one of our ready-made designs), we build it, and you try the working preview with your own content, changing anything as often as you like. You pay only when you approve it. Until then there's no deposit, no card and nothing to refund. After it's live you have 45 days of free changes, and anything we built that doesn't work as described, we fix free.

Yes, a web app. Members install it from your link onto any phone, tablet or computer. It opens full screen from its own icon and sends push alerts, with no app store in the way. You get a second app for running your business. Want it in the App Store and Google Play too? That’s an add-on at $99 a month, published under your own Apple and Google accounts.

Yes. Sales, members, support, announcements, community moderation, call bookings, 1:1 video calls and going live to all your members all work from the Owner’s Portal in your phone's browser: no other app to install. On a phone you go live with your camera and mic. Sharing your screen beside you, layouts, green screen, members' cameras and guests on stage are the live studio (Pro), and screen sharing needs a computer.

You already have them all. Every feature is in your plan: switch any of them on or off from your Owner's Portal, free, any time. When we release a new feature after you've bought, it's free with the care plan, or a one-time add-on without it. More pages or a complete redesign are one-time extras too.

Yes, on every plan, and you do it yourself in a few clicks. In your Owner's Portal, open Bring members over and drop in the members export from Kajabi, Teachable, Patreon or any platform that gives you a spreadsheet. You see who's coming over before anything changes, then bring every active member across and, if you like, email each one their new access. Subscriptions already in your own Stripe simply carry on; members whose cards sit with the old platform keep access until their paid-up date and get an invite to rejoin.

It's assembled from a tested engine and the choices you make: plan, style, palette, type, pages and the layout of your members area and console. That's why 80 example businesses look nothing alike.

Stripe's card fee on each sale (the same as anywhere), Cloudflare at $0, or $5 a month with live features, and your domain. Video is stored on your Cloudflare, free up to 10 GB. Cloudflare bills you directly; none of it comes to us. The care plan ($49 a month) is optional. We never take a cut of your sales.

Yes, yourself, any time. Words, blocks and menus change right in your Owner's Portal. Your look, pages and features change in the same builder, free for your first 45 days, then part of the care plan (or $49 a round without it). It's your code and your accounts, so you can also hire anyone you like.

Only a small "Built with Deedmade^™" link in the footer, and you can make it smaller and quieter. Everything else is your brand alone.

Platforms aren't built to hold health records or other regulated health information (HIPAA in the US, special category data under GDPR), so they're not a fit for medical, physiotherapy or therapy practices. Wellness practitioners such as Pilates, yoga and nutrition coaches are welcome. Law firms and accountants use them as client portals, but professional rules on confidentiality and record keeping are yours to check: we don't certify compliance with any regulation. Talk to your own legal adviser if you're unsure.

Yes. Write, edit and publish posts from the Blog tab in your Owner's Portal, on any device. They appear on your website within a minute, in your style, on your own domain, and search engines can find them. No other app or plugin needed.

No. Your terms, privacy and refund pages are drafts written from your answers, and choices like prices, refunds, tax and how you handle members' data are yours. Have a lawyer, accountant or financial adviser check what matters for your business.

Fast. Press Ready to build and your working preview is usually ready within the hour, and always within 24 hours. Approve it and it goes live just as quickly: usually within the hour, always within 24 hours of your accounts being connected. Yes. Choose Keep my website when you build: we connect your checkout, member sign-in and members area to the site you already have, properly, at no extra cost. If you'd rather have a new one, we build it on your domain instead.

Yes, with layaway. When you approve your preview, choose 3 monthly payments instead of paying all at once. A $250 service charge comes with the first payment, and your platform goes live after the last one, or as soon as you pay the rest. The build terms have every detail.

Yes. Choose Whop when you build, and your memberships, trials and founding seats are paid through your own Whop account. It suits trading, investing and other businesses card processors often turn away. We set up the checkout and Whop's payment notices for you. Your shop, event tickets and invoices are paid through Stripe, so connect Stripe too if you sell those.

Nothing. Building your platform and trying your working preview is free, with no card. Your price is locked from the day you start. You pay once, when you've seen it working and approved it.

From your final payment you have 45 days to use it for real and come back for changes, free, and if anything we built doesn't work as described in that time, we fix it free. After that, the care plan keeps it current, or you can make words, blocks and pictures changes yourself any time.

Reminders for calls, sessions, events and renewals go by email and as push notifications to the app on your members' phones. Text messages (SMS) aren't included. E-signatures are built in for everyday agreements, but not for wills, property deeds or anything that has to be witnessed or notarised. Anything else you need? Ask on the upgrades page.
