- Write it once (Owner's Portal → Money → Agreements): start from a coaching agreement, a liability waiver or a services contract, or paste your own. Each example is a starting point, not legal advice: have a lawyer check it. Words like {{name}}, {{date}} and {{amount}} are filled in for each person, and you can add your own, like {{company}}.
- Ask for a signature: send it to someone by email, copy its link to share, or switch it on before a 1:1 call is booked, before paying for a plan or product, with a quote or invoice, or before a member's first lesson.
- Signing: on their phone or computer, they read it, confirm their name and email (the link we emailed them checks it, or a one-time code on a shared link), tick that they agree to sign electronically, and type or draw their signature.
- The signed copy: a PDF with the exact text they signed and a last page, Signature record, with the time, how their email was checked, their network address and browser, and a fingerprint of the text. It's emailed to you both, and anyone can check it on your /signed page. Members find theirs in the members area.
Changing an agreement makes a new version; copies already signed keep their words. When a member asks to be forgotten, their signed agreements are kept as legal records unless you switch that off in Agreements → Settings. E-signatures suit everyday agreements; they aren't for wills, property deeds or anything that must be witnessed or notarised.
