Your lessons are listed in Content. Upload a lesson's video there; it's kept in your own storage and only signed-in members can watch it. You can also use a YouTube or Vimeo link.
Lesson schedule opens lessons one at a time instead of all at once: from each member's join date, or for cohorts that start together. Members see when the next one opens and get a notification on the day. In cohort mode, Who's in each cohort shows everyone and lets you move people.
