Go live from the Inbox in your Owner's Portal, with your camera, a screen share or both. Members join from the members area, and the recording can go into Recordings afterwards.
For 1:1 calls, set the times you're free; members book a time (and pay, if calls are paid) and you both get reminders. Calls happen in the members area, nothing to install.
Your calendar: in Live and calls → Calendar & reminders, paste your calendar's private link once (Google: Settings → your calendar → Secret address in iCal format; Outlook: Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → ICS link). Times you're busy are hidden from members, every booking arrives in your calendar as an invite, and members get a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before (you get one an hour before). You can switch each reminder off or change its words.
Webinars from a recording: Owner's Portal → Webinars. Pick a recording, choose when it shows (set times, every week, or every 15 minutes), and add an offer that appears at a moment you choose. People sign up on its own page and get reminders. It's always labelled a scheduled showing, never "live", so nobody is misled. Needs Recordings and Email marketing switched on.
